Paris – Pramil Restaurant

Pramil is on a quiet street that hides this exceptional restaurant. I was surprised that 80% of the tables were speaking English as I believe I found the restaurant through Le Fooding which caters to locals. Three courses for 33 euros is a great deal.

The foie gras was perhaps best pate style foie gras I’ve had since French Laundry in 2003. Even without the eel it was so smooth and had an amazing depth of flavor. The eel was a great addition to add some texture and different flavors.
