Europe – 5 Favorite Dishes

Too many good meals and many more dishes during those meals to pick only five, but will give it my best shot.


Paris – Pramil – foie gras with smoked eel


Paris – Pierre Gagnaire – Smoked haddock milk thickened with potatoes, burnt avocado and grey shrimps


Milan – Alice – Pasta with shrimp and oysters, spinach and lime sauce


Milan – Cracco – Pasta with white truffles


London – Moti Mahal – Quail dumplings poached in ground poppy seed and yoghurt curry

To cheat a little I wasn’t thinking of sweet things, so here’s three of those:


Milan – Crispi – Nutella filled profiteroles


Paris – L’éclair de Génie – Various eclairs


Paris – Du Pain et des Idées – Chocolate and pistachio pinwheel
