Seattle – Cafe Juanita

While Cafe Juanita is undergoing renovations they’ve temporarily moved over to Seattle from the Eastside so perfect opportunity to finally try it. Only doing a tasting menu which isn’t an issue for us. All the food was made with fresh ingredients and interesting combinations of ingredients. Had never had a rye bread with beef tartare it was a good combination although the beef needed a bit more seasoning. The spot prawn course was both our favorites, mainly because the broth was amazing and could have easily drank a pint of it.
