Seattle – Cowboy Brasserie

Cowboy Brasserie is a culinary mash-up of classic French bistro dishes reimagined with Southern Texas twang. In this pop-up dinner, Christopher Yang will give you a five course feast with communal seating.

Chef Yang delivered again, this time quite a departure from his usual Chinese fusion. The empenada was my favorite since a) all empenadas are fantastic b) the peach mostarda was fun and really complimented the empenada

Gougeres – pate a choux, sweet corn puree, cotija
