Port Angeles – C’Est Si Bon

A very interesting French restaurant out on the Olympic Peninsula. The wife runs the kitchen while the husband oversees the very…er…interesting dining room. The decor is almost as unusual as Le Chapon Fin in Bordeaux. The meal was pretty good considering we way out in the boonies, only about 20K population, and the staff exuded that special small town charm.


Chardonnay I enjoyed with the meal with what was escargot.


Roast Duck


Crab Souffle. Cooked very well but wish had more seasoning, even with the sauce it wasn’t a luxurious as one would expect.
