We again had ceviche for lunch at La Mar which was drastically different from Hijo de Olaya. Hijo is the perfect place for a quick, cheap lunch where you order at the counter and you’re in and out in 20 minutes. La Mar is where you go to people watch and have a long lunch. The staff were incredibly nice, especially after I realized it was owned by Gaston Acurio of Astrid y Gaston and let them know this was our third meal in a row at his establishments. Panchita is also owned by him so we ate three meals in a row at one of his restaurants, each were so different had no clue that all in the same group.
