Spent the past week skiing around Morioka. This is my third time skiing in Japan since February 2012 and while the snow hasn’t been the best the food has been great. The ski resorts here do a much better job of offering lunches I actually want to eat and not at exorbitant prices like in the US/Canada. Off to Hokkaido tomorrow for more great food and even better skiing.
Katsu curry is my favorite and had it twice. The one on the left was better as the curry had meat in it and a bit more depth of flavor. Also had katsu don and ramen.
