Night two was all about comfort food and mainly beer and cider. This was the smallest of the three evenings but what it lacked in variety it made up in heartwarming food for a cold winter night. I always love biscuits and gravy, only if the biscuit is done well and Geraldine’s was and Uli’s chili was great. If you’re ever in Seattle go to Uli’s they have the best sausages and 10-16 different kinds, their Hungarian kolbaz are my favorite.
Rhein Haus – Pretzel bites, country ham
Geraldine’s Counter – Biscuit and pork sausage gravy
