Seattle Wine & Food Experience – Grand Tasting

The third day was lunch rather than dinner and while it was called the Grand Tasting, the event space it was held in was anything but grand. Fluorescent tube lights in an open room with columns to support the floor above and the organizers put up temporary curtains to form aisles. However, doesn’t change the flavors of the food and wine and all is quickly forgotten after a few glasses of wine and samplings of many liquors.
