Miami – Yardbird

This layover is going according to plan unlike on the way out three weeks ago. After that many weeks away wanted something truly American and chicken & waffles certainly fits that parameter. Didn’t eat the snack before landing so I could crush half a chicken and a waffle. It was great except the sweet hot sauce wasn’t hot enough. Restaurant also close to Miami Beach but it was empty by the time I arrived save for kite surfers making the most of the early evening breeze.
